Before your session, your door code arrives by email — punch it into the keypad at the front door. Every investigation is self-guided.

Come through the front door and make an immediate right.

Press play. The on-screen orientation walks you through the building, the equipment, and the rules — then the hotel is yours.

Your code is live for exactly your booked window — a three-hour session gets exactly three hours before the numbers change. And don't lock yourself in.
